    • We allow individual bookings to be placed up to 12 weeks from your stay. (We book weddings further out.)

Cowboy Kitchen at Green Acres

  • AMENITIES:

    • Green Acres provides the following for guests:

    • Firewood, charcoal, kitchen cookware, towels, & coffee.

    • There is also a full refrigerator and freezer in the Barn Kitchen. But know this isn’t a kitchen you will find in your luxury home. We call it a cowboy kitchen. It has just what you need and not more.

    • Additionally Kammok hammocks, horseshoes, bag toss, board games, ping pong, darts, farm animals, and leisurely walks around the property are yours to enjoy.

  • We ask that you bring your own toiletries including shampoo, conditioner and body wash as we do not provide them.

  • DOGS:

    • Green Acres is a Dog Friendly establishment.**

    • Well-behaved dogs may accompany their owner for an additional fee of $15/per dog/per day (2 dog maximum per reservation). We kindly ask guests who would like to bring their dog(s) to inquire by emailing us prior to your stay. We will happily send you a Dog Policy form to be read, signed & return before checking into Green Acres.

    • **DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON PROPERTY UNTIL THE POLICY HAS BEEN READ, SIGNED & RETURNED**

  • IS THERE A/C IN THE ACCOMMODATIONS?

    • Yes! But there are a couple of things to note. The Spartan, Mansion, and Lodge have awesome A/C. The fact that they are more enclosed units allow for them to actually be cooled to a comfortable standard temperature.

    • What about the Yurts? Yes, they do have small portable A/C units. However, they are tent. They do not maintain a comfortable living temperature on hot summer days. these units are good for dropping the temperature about 10 degrees.

  • DO YOU HOST QUINCEAÑERAS?

    • We do! We know how special of a celebration that is and we would love to host your quinceañera. Give us a call and we can discuss what that might look like.

  • WAS GREEN ACRES REALLY FEATURED IN A MOVIE?

    • It was! In the movie Amanda and Jack Go Glamping. You will find much of the same setting in real life that is in the movie. We promise not to double book! :)

This is Donkey and Yoti at Green Acres Glamping

  • WHO ARE DONKEY AND YOTI?

    • They are Green Acres mascots. They are also the caretakers of the property. They maintain our fields. They greet the guests. They are there to cheer you on in your glamping adventure. In all seriousness, they are just a couple of friendly donkeys who we love very much. They live on the property and long for friends and kind interactions.

  • CAN I STOP BY AND SEE THE PROPERTY?

    • The gate remains locked at all times unless you are staying at Green Acres and have a specific code that allows you to enter the property. If you are wanting to tour for a wedding or event we are happy to set up a time for you to take a tour.

  • GENERAL FAQs:

    • Because we are a private retreat, we DO NOT ALLOW VISITORS during your stay without written approval.

    • Inspired by a time to UNPLUG — Basic WiFi is available @ Green Acres and most cell service and cellular work well!
